On approval, send user a generic "congrats now get RPing, here's a link to the rules in case you forgot" PM. In case of rejection, prompt admin for rejections reason(s) and send a PM to the user along the lines of "Skatie has rejected your application for character number 347 (hereafter refered to as 'Michael Donovan') because: Michael can't be an animagus werewolf first year with a dragon face tattoo given to him by Dumbledore that gives him the same powers as Spiderman."
